How we work

How Your Namibia Trip Comes Together.

High-touch, unhurried, and low-risk by design - so you can see the shape of your trip before anything is booked.

The process

Four steps, in plain terms.

01

The conversation - what you want, and what you don't

A free, no-obligation call. We ask what you want out of the trip, what you have already ruled out, how you like to travel, how much driving is enjoyable rather than tolerable, and what would make the whole thing feel worth it. Usually around half an hour. There is nothing to prepare.

02

A free route sketch

Based on that conversation we send a personalised route outline at no cost: regions, nights, the shape of each day, and the reasoning behind the sequence. It also names the trade-offs - what we left out and why.

03

Refinement and confirmation

If you decide to hire us, we go into detail: specific properties, guides matched to your interests, transfers, flights between regions, and the small logistics that decide whether a day works. When you are happy, we arrange the bookings with our partners and confirm the full itinerary.

04

On the ground

Our chosen partners deliver the trip itself. You travel with a full documentation pack, a single point of contact, and a network behind you if something needs to change while you are out there.

Removing the risk

A money-back guarantee on the planning fee.

Most people have never used a trip designer before, and the reasonable question is what happens if the itinerary is not what you hoped for.

The first conversation and the route sketch cost nothing. If you decide to hire us, a planning fee covers the detailed design work: property selection, guide matching, routing, and the coordination behind it.

Then, after your trip, if you did not enjoy yourself, we refund that planning fee. We would rather carry that risk than have you carry it - and it keeps us honest about only taking on trips we can design well.
