Privacy Policy
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Wild Escapes Namibia website (wildescapesnamibia.com) and to the information we collect when you enquire about or book a trip with us. It does not extend to any linked third-party websites. If you follow a link from our site to another website, please check that site's own privacy policy before submitting any personal information.
How we use your data
Wild Escapes uses your personal data only for the purposes you give it to us, such as responding to enquiries, preparing a tailored itinerary, processing a booking, or keeping you updated about your trip.
How we store your data
Your data is stored securely using reputable third-party tools for email, booking management, and payments. Access is limited to the people who need it to plan or deliver your trip.
How we collect your data
We collect data when you fill out a contact or enquiry form on our website, email us directly, or communicate with us during the planning and booking process.
What data we collect
We collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, travel dates and preferences, and, once you book, details needed to arrange your trip (such as passport information and payment details).
Sharing your data with third parties
Because arranging a trip in Namibia means working with lodges, guides, and transport providers, we share the details each supplier needs to fulfil your booking, and nothing more. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to help it function properly and, where enabled, to understand how visitors use our site (for example, through analytics tools). You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Read our Cookie Policy
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, except where provided by a parent or guardian as part of a family booking.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at bookings@wildescapesnamibia.com with any request.
